AI-Assisted Design Process
01) Shaping the Idea
I started by defining the core idea of the product and the problem it aims to solve. By identifying the user’s needs and the experience the product should provide, I established the initial concept.
02) Exploring Ideas with AI
I incorporated Claude into the early stages of the process to explore and evaluate different ideas more efficiently. I experimented with various features, user scenarios, and potential flows to explore different directions for the product.
Rather than using AI to directly generate the final design, I approached it as a design assistant for developing ideas, exploring alternatives, and testing concepts more quickly.
03) Building Initial Prototypes
I translated the most promising ideas into functional prototypes using Claude. This allowed me to explore not only how the product might look, but also how the experience would work from a user’s perspective.
I experimented with different screen structures, navigation approaches, and core interactions to begin shaping the overall product flow.
04) Testing & Iteration
I reviewed the prototypes to identify which ideas were working well and which areas needed further development. By simplifying unnecessary steps, comparing different approaches, and refining the user flow, I gradually developed the product direction.
At this stage, I treated the prototypes not as final designs, but as experimental explorations that helped shape my design decisions.
05) Work in Progress
The project is currently in progress. I am continuing to evaluate the AI-assisted prototypes while refining the product experience and visual direction.
In the next stage, I plan to translate the strongest ideas into a more refined interface and cohesive design system in Figma.
